I'm as guilty of this as well, but have you looked closely at the types of food you're feeding your body with? Additionally, how much water do you drink daily? Your hair is a product of its environment, internally and externally and needs a constant flow of nutrients and protection to help it flourish. Want healthier hair and scalp? Modify your diet for the better, increase your water intake, and if necessary to help supplement nutritional deficiencies due to health issues, take your vitamins! :)
